A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Monticello address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
We built our Monticello branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Monticello, UT property owners โ the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Monticello roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Monticello isn't a side service we tacked on โ it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Monticello, UT, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
We keep a stocked warehouse inside Monticello, UT so equipment never has to be trucked in from another region, which is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-day one.
Talk to a Monticello property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters โ every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Monticello call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first โ some of the costliest Monticello jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Monticello team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
From a single soaked bedroom to a commercial building with three flooded floors, our Monticello teams are equipped to scale up or down โ nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Monticello property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Monticello, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Monticello accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint โ we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination โ our Monticello crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Monticello drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.
Because our equipment cache sits inside Monticello, UT, most Monticello calls see a technician on-site in under 60 minutes.
Our paperwork is built to match what adjusters expect, and we'll speak with your insurer directly on your behalf.
Final moisture readings have to hit dry-standard before we consider a Monticello job done, and getting there again is on us, not you.
Tell our Monticello dispatcher what's happening โ we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
Our nearest available Monticello crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
We remove standing water first, then map moisture and position air movers and dehumidifiers based on the readings.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
Our Monticello technicians use moisture meters at the start and the end of every job, and the final number has to hit the dry standard before we leave. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Monticello paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
